Promoting self-empowerment through yoga and massage...

I believe that everyone should be in control of their own well-being.

I graduated with my Massage Therapy Diploma from NICC-Calmar in 2011. Since then I have focused on massage modalities with a clinical rehabilitation emphasis.

I achieved my Introductory Teaching Certificate in August 2017 under the mentorship of Chris Saudek, a Senior Iyengar yoga teacher in La Crosse, WI.

I’m not simply a teacher, but a lifelong student of Iyengar Yoga. I feel that my personal yoga practice makes me calmer and more focused.

What I enjoy about teaching is helping people individually. No body is the same, so no yoga pose will look the same. You don’t have to have a “perfect” pose to achieve the effects that yoga can bring. To me, it’s all about creating awareness in your Self. Learning where your strengths and weaknesses are, working to improve them, and recognizing those improvements when they come. It isn’t always a fast process, but the reward is always worth your time and effort.

When I’m not working I love to cook. I also spend as much time outdoors as I can, hiking with my family or riding horseback.
